Puppy Sales
Reservations are taken on a first come basis. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your puppy. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to provide you with a healthy puppy, no exceptions. Your deposit needs to be accompanied by a sign copy of this agreement. Prices are $1,500 to 3,000.
In addition our puppies will be tattooed and/or micro chipped as a form of identification.
BUYER AND SELLER AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY:
Ehrenwald German Shepherds LLC, herein referred to as the seller, will have a licensed Veterinarian examine the puppy thoroughly prior to shipping. The puppy will be shipped only if in good health with all shots current.
Buyer is required to take the puppy to his/or her licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of any communicable diseases.
Seller warrants the puppy until 12 months to be free of genetic disease that would cause severe disability or death.
Buyer is required to provide proper care for the puppy, including food appropriate to age and breed, proper shelter from heat and cold, limited exercise to avoid possible hip disorder (until 12 months), and appropriate professional veterinarian services as necessary. Appropriate Veterinarian care includes, but is not limited to, regular shots, heartworm preventative and control of parasites/worms.
Seller warrants the hips to OFA standards. Hips are warranted to be Excellent, Good, Or Fair. This warranty expires when the puppy turns 25 months old. In the event that the buyer's Vet suspects a problem with the hips x-rays are to be sent to OFA for evaluation. If the x-rays are deemed questionable due to x-ray film quality or positioning of the dog additional x-rays may be required at the expense of the buyer.
Buyer is required to have an OFA preliminary hip x-ray between 6-12 months by a licensed Veterinarian to be submitted to OFA.
Seller warrants to have proper required documentation for registering the puppy with AKC.
Buyer agrees not to breed female puppies prior to 24 months. If the puppy is bred prior to receiving OFA certification the seller will not warrant the hips.
Seller agrees to replace the puppy with one of equal value in the event that one of the above warranted defects applies from the next available litter. If there is a price difference between the litters, the difference must be paid by the buyer. The shipping cost of the replacement pup is the buyers responsibility.
Buyer agrees that this warranty is null and void if he/she does not follow all of the written requirements listed above.
BUYER and SELLER agree that there are no other warranties expressed or implied other then those stated here.
BUYER and SELLER agree that the puppy is being sold as a pet/family companion.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. "It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian."
